RETURN POLICY

accionitconsulting.com offers a 30-day return policy on all merchandise under the following conditions:

Damaged Product Box If you receive a damaged box upon delivery, please refuse the shipment at the time of delivery. If damaged products are accepted, the damage must be noted on the delivery record. Please retain all packaging and notify accionitconsulting.com immediately to arrange a carrier inspection and product pickup. Contact our Customer Service team at info@accionitconsulting.com within 10 days of receipt to file a damage claim. Damaged items will only be exchanged for the identical product.

Defective Products If you receive defective merchandise, contact accionitconsulting.com within 30 days to request a return or exchange. Once an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is issued, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Defective items will be inspected upon return. You may receive a full refund, store credit, or a replacement. After 30 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.

Non-Defective & Unopened Items Unopened, non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. An RMA number will be issued, and you will be responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies.

Non-Defective & Opened Items Returns will not be accepted for opened items that are not defective.

Important: All returns require an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will be refused at our warehouse.

To Receive an RMA: Log in to your account, visit the “Return Items” section, and fill out the online RMA form or email info@accionitconsulting.com

All returned items must be 100% complete, including the original manufacturer packaging, UPC code, manuals, accessories, and documentation. Approval is contingent on all items being returned in complete condition.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • accionitconsulting.com covers return shipping for defective products.

  • You are responsible for return shipping on non-defective/unopened items.

Replacement Policy: We will not ship replacement merchandise until the damaged or defective item has been received and inspected. All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification.

Cancellations: You may request to cancel an order before it ships by contacting our customer service team at info@accionitconsulting.com However, cancellation is not guaranteed once the item is processing for shipment.

If you miss the cancellation window, you may still return the item once it arrives. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
